1.Place the patients in adequately
ventilated place and have them lie flat with legs raised.
2.Supply salt water. 3.Deliver serious patients to hospital.
Sunstroke
1.Place
the patient in shady and cool with adequate ventilation.
Take off their outer garments and tight clothes. 2.Raise their heads and rub their bodies
with warm water (380-400) or rinse their faces and necks
with to help them cool and reduce body temperature to
below 380. 3.Give patients salt water when they
are conscious to supply lost salinity. 4.Conduct CPR if patients stop breathing.
5.Observe patients carefully and send
them to hospitals in case of any usual conditions.
Febrile seizure
1.Rinse
the skin with wet towels. 2.Supply salt water. 3.Take more salt in summer to prevent
febrile seizure.
Fracture
1.Take
care of asphyxia, hemorrhage and serious traumas first
before taking care of fracture. 2.Fix the injured part prior to moving
the patients. 3.After fixing the fracture, raise patients’
limbs to relieve swelling. 4.Send patients to hospital as soon as
possible.
Drowning
1.Remove
stuff of the drowned persons after they leave water. Conduct
mouth-to-mouth breathing after clearing the respiratory
tract. Provided the pulse stops, conduct heart massage
at the same time. 2.Maintain body temperature of the drowned.
3.Try to send the drowned to hospital
as early as possible.
